DCI detectives on Tuesday night recovered a total of 725 full camouflage uniforms and 240 T-shirts belonging to the Alshabaab terror group in Eastleigh.
The consignment had been transported via Gaani Parcel Express, operated by Mahamed Hassan and located along 12th Street, Eastleigh KBS.
On Monday, Jubaland Security Forces also recovered 25 bales containing similar Alshabaab uniform belonging to Abdi Hakim who is currently in custody in Dhobley.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the consignment was shipped as consolidated cargo from China through the Port of Mombasa with the assistance of Abdiftah Aden Muhammed.
It was collected on April 4 by Sharif and subsequently dispatched to Gaani Parcel Express.
